摘要
本文回顾了我国十年来电网调度自动化系统的发展历程和主要成就,提出了调度自动化的发展设想:加强基础,确保实用;完善SCADA,发展EMS系统;建设远程计算机数据传输网络.文中还探讨了调度自动化发展过程中值得注意的七个问题。
This paper reviews the developing courses and main achievements of electric power dispatching system during the passed ten years in our country, and also proposes the idea for the development of dispatching automation.It is, strengthening foundation to ensure application; making SCADA more perfect and developing EMS system; setting up a network for remote computer data transmission.Seven problems are also discussed in this paper.
