摘要
本文合成了天然保湿剂2—吡咯烷酮—5—羧酸钠(PCANa),其保湿性能明显优于甘油、山梨醇、木糖醇等常用的保湿剂。选择目前常用的多元醇产品,与新研制的PCANa进行复配,生产出性能达到或超过、而价格低于甘油的代用品,满足日化行业对保湿剂的需求。将PCANa作为护肤霜,牙膏,香波,香皂中的保湿剂,应用结果表明:能有效改善这些产品的相应品质,具有显著的经济效益。
The compound(PCANa) has been synthesized and its humidity conservation is obviously superior to that of glycerin, sorbitol and xylosic alcohol. Subject to a combined test for the hygroscopicity and humidity conservation, the product proves satisfactory to the requirements, thus bringing about the possibility to be used as a substitute for glycerines in varius industrial fields. Applied to cream, toothpaste, shampoo and toilet soap as a humectant, PCANa not only demonstrates strong ability of moisture control,but also lowers the cost.
