摘要
通过对CDPEET/PET共混体系的流变性能研究表明:随温度长高,CDPEET/PET共混熔体的流动性变好,CDPEET含量增多,共混熔体的流动粘度增大,粘流活化能增大;在CDPEET/PET共混聚酯中添加BaSO_4粉末后,其熔体粘度,粘流活化能增大。所以,在纺丝时应适当提高熔体温度,控制纺丝温度上限和防止熔体温度波动。
Through the investigation of the rheologic property of CDPEET/PET blendedmelt, it is shown that the flow property of CDPEET/PET blended melt gets betteras the rise of temperature, and that the flow viscosity of the blended melt andthe visco-flow activation energy increase as the content of CDPEET increases.After adding BaSO_4 powder into CDPEET/PET blended melt, its viscosity and visco-flow activation energy increase. So, during spinning the temperature should be risedproperly, the upper limit temperature should be controlled and the fluctuation oftemperature should be prevented.
