柿子后熟过程中呼吸动态和内源乙烯浓度变化的研究 被引量:3

摘要 利用乙烯利和硫代硫酸银处理不同品种柿子研究柿果采后过程中呼吸动态和内部乙烯浓度的关系。结果表明,2个柿品种虽在采后生理生化方面存在某些差异,但均属于呼吸跃变型果实。伴随跃变的发生,糖酵解—三羧酸循环途径所占比例逐渐增加,磷酸戊糖途径所占比例逐渐降低。在电子传递过程中,细胞色素途径占优势,剩余呼吸也占相当大的比例,但未测出抗氰的交替途径的运行量。乙烯利处理可明显提高果实内部乙烯浓度,促进呼吸跃变,而硫代硫酸银处理则相反。可以利用化学药剂来调控柿果的成熟过程。 With the aid of CEPA and STS,huo-shi(mid-early maturing variety)and mu-shi (late maturing variety)were elected as experimental samples to investigate the changes in respiration and the relation between the respiration and internal ethylene concentration ,as well as the possibility of regulation by man during the ripening of persimmon fruits af- ter harvest.The results showed although there were some differences in physiological changes between two variesties,they were the fruits of respiratory climacteric;with the climacteric,the EMP-TCA increased gradually,the HMP concomitantly declined;but no any measurable amount of cyanide-resistant alternative pathway was detected.The CEPA-treatment increased internal ethylene concentration and promoted respiratory climacteric;but the STS-treatment was the reverse.These results suggest that the respiratory climacteric of huo-shi and mu-shi is related to ethylene action ,and the rip- ening of persimmon fruits may be regulated by chemical reagents.
