棉铃分泌物中棉酚及其抑菌作用的研究初报

STUDY ON GOSSYPOL IN THE EXUDATION OF COTTON BOLL AND ITS INHIBITING EFFECT

本试验测定了中-12、TX-5、TX-8三个棉花品种在不同铃期棉铃分泌物中棉酚含量及其对棉铃炭疽菌的影响。结果表明,棉酚在不同铃期呈现规律性的动态变化。棉酚对棉铃炭疽病菌孢子萌发有较强的抑制作用,而对炭疽病菌菌丝生长影响甚微。在棉铃增大期、充实期,棉铃分泌物中棉酚对棉铃炭疽病的发生起着一定的抑制作用。

The Gossypol was analyzed in three varieties (TX-5,TX-8,Zhong-12) in different growth stage.The results showed that Gossypol in the exudation of cotton boll changed regular with the different growth stage and occured greatly in 10 and 30 days in the stage of cotton boll.Gossypol from cotton boll can inhibit spore germinations,but little hyphae growth of C. gossypii.
