摘要
对山东省各地花生病毒病类型、分布进行了调查研究和抗血清鉴定。初步明确了在山东发生的花生病毒病有轻斑驳、矮化、黄花叶、普通花叶和丛枝5种症状类型。经抗血清鉴定,轻斑驳型是由花生条纹病毒(Pstv)引起的,矮化型是由矮化病毒(PSV-E)引起,黄花叶病害由黄瓜花叶病毒(CMV-CA)引起,普通花叶病害是由花生矮化病毒(PSV-mi)引起的。1988年病害调查时,首次在山东发现花生丛枝病(Witches' Broom)
The investigation and serology detection for the peanut virus typies and distribution in Shandong Province was carried out.It was made preliminary clear that these wese 5 typies of peanut virus diseases in Shandong:Mild Mottle,common Mosaic,Stunt,Yellow Moraic and witches'Broom.According to the serology detection,the Mile Mottle virus disease was caused by peanut stripe visus(Pstv),stunt by eanut stunt virus -East strain (PSV-E),Yellow Mosaic by cucumber Mosaic Virus-Chin Arachis Strain (CMV-CA) and common Mosac by peanut stunt virus -mi strain (PSV-mi).in 1988,the witches'Broom was first ound in Shandong.
