摘要
对蒙新河狸香囊的组织学结构和超微结构进行了系统地观察研究,发现其属于一种类似动物上皮的囊状结构,囊壁由3层结构变化明显的细胞层组成,从囊壁表层到囊腔内依次为结缔组织层。
The research demonstrated that the castor sacs were not glandular in histological structure and microstructure.The wall of the castor sacs was comprised of three distinct zones:an orter layer of connective tissue,a two -to -six -cell-thick layer of germinative cells and tens of packed layers of cornified epithelium successively.
