摘要
介绍了由作者研制的一种适用于高粘流体混合的高效动态混合器。提出了计算该混合器混合能力的理论公式,并从混合能力、驱动功耗以及流体压力降等方面,通过实验研究表明,与相当长度的普通螺杆段和销钉混炼头相对比,此种动态混合器的混合能力最佳。在分析研究的基础上,还提出了提高动态混合器混合能力的主要途径为:增加动静齿圈的齿数、对数和动齿圈的转速。
A high-efficiency dynamic mixer suitable for mixing high-viscous fluid is in-troduced in this paper. The theoritic formula for calculating the mixing capabilityis put forward. Compared to ordinary extruder screw with section of equal lengthand pin mixing head, this kind of mixer is more advantageous in respect of mixingcapacity, driving power consumption and pressure drop of the fluid. On the basisof analysis and study, the authors consider that increasing the number of teeth,couple number of gear, as well as the rotation rate can improve the mixing capabilityof the dynamic mixer.
