摘要
在对国内先进的乳液聚合用聚合釜调研和实验剖析的基础上,应用有关基础理论,评述了聚合釜的选型、搅拌、混合、传热、油水分散等工程问题,提出了聚合釜6条放大准则,认为其单位体积搅拌功率为0.6~2.0 kW/m^3,对低粘度体系约为0.6 kW/m^3。
Based on the investigation and experimental verification of the advanced emulsion polymerization reactors in China , a theoretical analysis was made on the emulsion polymerization reactors ,including the selection of reactor type, agitation ,mixing ,heat transfer ,oil - liquid dispersing and scaling - up technique .
