摘要
本文提出了改善实验模态矩阵。使其结构正交化的建模方法,以及机床结构动态优化设计的灵敏度分析方法。并建立了φ400mm普通车床结构的动力学数学模型。同时对其进行了结构的动态优化设计。得到了较为合理的整机结构质量、刚度和阻尼布局。
A method of structural modelling with improved and orthogonalized test modal matrices has been proposed, and a method of sensitivity analysis for dynamic optimal design of machine tool structure presented, A mathematical model of 400 mm common lathe structural dynamics has been established by applying the dynamic optimal design of structure. A rational distribution, therefore, of the structural mass, stiffness and damping is obtained.
