摘要
应用电子显微镜技术对泡桐灰天蛾颗粒体病毒进行观测,结果表明,其包涵体呈椭圆形或卵圆形,大小较均匀,为224~276nm×373~522nm;病毒粒子呈香蕉状,大小约为66nm×269nm;包涵体蛋白结构呈晶格状点线型,病毒粒子单粒包埋。病毒粒子直接释放的核酸呈开环或闭环状分子,为双链DNA,平均长度约为23.86×10^(-6)m,分子量约为47×10~6道尔顿。
Psilogramma menephron granulosis virus (PmGV) has been studied with respect to its morphological structure. The results indicate that PmGV inclusion bodies are elliptical or oval, with a more uniform size measured to be 224—276×373—522 nm. The virion is banana-shaped, averaging about 66×269 nm. Under electronic microscope, the granulosis body protein lattice has a pattern of regular dots and rows. The virion is a kind of single-embedded baculovirus. The viral DNA released from virions of PmGV is found to be a circular or open circular molecule with an average countour length of 23.85×10^(-6)m. The molecular weight is 47×10~8 daltons.
