摘要
以过氧化苯甲酰为引发剂,甲苯为溶剂,在共聚条件为90℃×4 h的情况下,进行丙烯酸、SBS(质量比为8)接枝共聚;然后保持中和度为70%—80%,产物与氢氧化钠水溶液于50℃×3 h下反应,可以得到吸水性约大500倍的接枝离子聚合物。
Graft ion copolymer was prepared by polymerizing acrylic acid (AA) with SBS block copolymer (AA/SBS mass ratio being 8) in toluene solvent , using benzoyl peroxide as initiator at 90°C for 4 h . Then it was reacted with sodium hydroxide solution at 50°C for 3 h ,keeping the neutralization ratio within 70%-80% .The graft ion copolymer obtained had excellent water absorption .
