阳春三月,树木趋绿,空气清新。我们赶在雨季未到来之前,进入位于祖国南疆边陲的广西弄岗国家级自然保护区考察。弄岗自然保护区是我国唯一的石灰岩季节雨林生态系统的保护区,区内充满神奇诡秘,奇异多彩。我们首先乘船,沿秀丽的明江河而下到弄岗保护区东面的陇瑞保护站。 珍奇的热带植物 几天来,我们终日在遮天蔽地的“

The Nonggang Nature Reserve is the only limestone monsoon forest ecosystem reserve in China. Of the numerous plants,Hsienmu Burretiodendron, standing on cliffs, is very conspicuous. There is a 'king of Hsienmu Burreliodendron', 2.99 meters in diameter and 48.5 meters tall. It is more than 1,000 years old.Many plants in the reserve exhibit the characteristics of tropical rain forest, such as thin skin, buttress root, flowers blossoming on old stems and strangling.The Nonggang reserve is also a natural park of herbal plants. There are large areas of Villous Amomum, Mayten,Common Antiaris and Swordleaf Dracaena.On the Mingjiang River side in the reserve, there is a red fresco on the Huashan cliff.There are 1,800 patterns of naked human beings, animals and circulars in the fresco, which is 210 meters long and 44 meters high. Although simple, nobody today can tell what the fresco is about. It remains a mystery.
