中国、日本磨芋产业的现状、困因与发展趋势分析

本文以中国与日本磨芋产业的历史、现状为背景,讨论了四个问题。第一,中国与日本磨芋种植业的现状与困因;第二,中国与日本磨芋加工业的现状与困因;第三,中国与日本磨芋产品流通的相关性;第四,中国与日本磨芋产业的发展趋势。

The genus Amorphophallus Blume ex Dence. includes a total number of 130 species in the world,of which 27 are in China.The Amorphophallus Blume ex Dence. Is larger genus in Araceae and tropical Asia is the distribution centre of diversity. This paper analyses and expounds the development trend of industry Amorphophallus konjac.
