NdCl_3-ROH-AlEt_3体系的加料顺序和ROH对异戊二烯本体聚合的影响

摘要 对NdCl_3-ROH-AlEt_3催化体系异戊二烯(Ip)本体聚合研究的结果表明:以Ip+AlEt_3+(NdCl_3-ROH)加料方式的催化活性为最高。脂肪醇对催化活性的影响无规律性;笨甲醇、乙醇和正庚醇的催化活性较高,且采用前两者制得的IR门尼粘度高,加工行为良好,性能优异;异构丁醇的催化活性顺序为正丁醇>仲丁醇>叔丁醇。 The effect of alcohols on bulk polymerization of isoprene (Ip)with NdCl3-ROH -AlEt3 catalyst system was studied . The results showed that the feed in the order of Ip +AlEt3+ (NdCl3-ROH)had the highest catalyst activity .The effect of aliphatic alcohols on the catalytic activity was random .The catalytic activities of benzoic alcohol , ethyl alcohol and n-heptnol was higher ,and the IR prepared with former two alcohols had higher Mooney viscosity ,good processability and excellent properties . The catalytic activities of isomeric butyl alcohols were in the following order :n-butyl alcohol> sec- butyl alcohol > ten - butyl alcohol .
