Study on an Absorptive Methane Optical Fiber Sensor

研究和讨论了一种易于实现的光谱吸收型光纤甲烷传感器 .该传感器基于比尔 -朗伯定律 ,采用双光路结构 ,大大提高了传感器的灵敏度和测量精度 .

An easy realizable CH\-4 gas sensing system using absorption type optic fiber is studied and discussed in this paper. Based on Lamber Beer Law and using the structure of the double optical circuit, the sensor can be used for detecting methane with high accuracy and efficiency. The other gas molecule concentration such as atmosphere and industry pollution can be measured in a similar way.
