摘要
作者以共沉淀法制备的 γ-Fe2 O3为气敏基料 ,通过多种金属氧化物的掺杂 ,研究了杂质的离子半径、元素电负性对元件氢气灵敏度的影响 ,并定量地研究了 Ag2 O掺杂特性 ,通过其掺杂修饰和用掺有 Pt O的 Al2 O3表面涂层修饰 。
By the co precipitation method, γ Fe\-2O\-3 base material has been made. The effects of many dopants on the H\-2 sensitivity were investigated. Especially, the γ Fe\-2O\-3 gas sensor doped with Ag\-2O was studied in detail. At last, the high sensitivity and selectivity gas sensor of H\-2 and LPG was made with the Ag\-2O dopant and the surface decorating coat of Al\-2O\-3 doped with PtO.
