HEAT TRANSFER IN AGITATED REACTOR FOR EMULSION POLYMERIZATION

摘要 在φ450 mm、体积100 L的不锈钢实验装置中,研究了16根直立内冷管体系乳聚反应器常用的Brumagin桨和三叶后掠式桨的湍流传热特性。将所得结果用Re和单位质量搅拌功率进行了关联。对三叶后掠式桨,Nu_j=0.75(d/D)^(0.67)(∑b/D)^(0.23)(εD^4/v^3)^(2/9)Pr^(1/3)Vis^(0.14);对Brumagin桨,Nu_j=0.33(εD^4/v^3)^(2/9)Pr^(1/3)Vis^(0.34),Nu_c=0.18(εD^4/v^3)^(2/9)Pr^(1/3)Vis^(0.14)。关联的平均偏差小于9%。将实验结果和文献报道值逐一进行了比较。 The heat transfer characteristics in emulsion polymerization reactor agitated by 3 -Waded retreat impeller and Brumagin impeller with many helical cooling tubes were researched . Experiments were conducted in a stainless steel tank with a diameter of 450 mm .The mean heat transfer coefficients were correlated by a dimensionless group , εD4/ν3 ,which represented the flow behavior rather than Reynolds number within the mean deviation of 9 % . For retreat impeller :For Brumagin impeller :The results were compared with the published heat transfer correlations .
