摘要
本文阐述了信用证的两大特征 ,根据中国外贸行业的实况揭示了出口商采用信用证结算所面临的种种风险 ,分析了这些风险所带来的严重后果 ,并就这些风险的防范问题进行了较为深入地探讨 ,提出了避免和减少风险的一些建议。
This thesis at first reveals the risks which exporters face in their export by means of the Characteries of L/C settlement, then analyzes their negative consequences and finally conducts research into causes of the L/C risks and provides some approaches regarding their evasion, reduction and prevention of the risks.
