摘要
研制了耐高温(150℃)、耐硫酸(50%)的氟橡胶制品。其较佳配方(质量份)为:26-B型氟橡胶100,半补强炭黑25,吸酸剂15,辅助填料25.3~#硫化剂4。采用该配方批量生产了各类密封圈等制品。密封圈的物理机械性能为:拉伸强度17.8 MPa,伸长率180%,永久变形6.6%,压缩永久变形值49.5,硬度(邵尔A型)82度,老化系数(200℃×24 h)0.82,质量变化率(50%H_2SO_4,150℃×24 h)2.8%。该密封圈在50%硫酸法抽提异丁烯装置上使一年以上,密封效果良好。
Fluororubber seals which could resist high temperature (150 °C )and sulphuric acid (50%) were prepared. The formulation (phr) was as follows : 26- B type fluororubber 100 , semi-reinforcing carbon black 25 , acid absorbent 15 , auxiliary filler 25 and 3# curing agent 4 . The properties of the seals produced by this formulation were as follows: tensile strength 17.8 MPa , elongation at break 180 % , permanent set 6.6 % , permanent compression set 49.5, Shore hardness 82 A, aging coefficient (200°C × 24 h) 0.82 and mass loss (50%H2SO4, 150°C×24h) 2.8%. The seals were used on a plant for extracting isobutene with 50% H2SO4, obtaining good sealing behavior .
