常温叠合曲线的构成方法

摘要 在研究硫化胶的性能变化时,为了将尚温短时间的试验数据叠合成低温长时间的性能变化曲线,提出了计算曲线叠合移动因子a_T的新公式:log a_T=B_1(T_0^(-1)-T^(-1))/B_2,式中常数B_1和B_2为作者提出的性能-温度-时间三元模型中的两个参数。利用log t_0=log t-log a_T可以得到参照温度下的叠合曲线,式中t_0为参照温度T_0下的时间,t为任意温度T下的时间。根据在60—100℃三个不同温度下积累永久变形试验数据,构成丁常温(25℃)下的叠合曲线。结果表明,NR,NBR-26,EPDM和CO/NBR-26四种不同硫化胶的常温叠合曲线均为一光滑曲线。 Master curve for predicting properties changes of rubber vulcanizates over long time at atomspheric temperature (25°C ) was constituted by shifting the experiment data of permanent set which were obtained at three temperatures in the range of 60-100 °C . A formula was proposed to calculate the shift factor αr for the curves superposition : log αr=B1(T0-1-T-1)/B2where constant B1 and B2 were both the parameters in the ternary mathematical model for describing the relationship between agjng time and aging temperatur for properties changes of vulcanizates. The results showed that the master curves of NR ,NBR-26, EPDM and CO/NBR-26 were smooth curves .
