摘要
研究了Ni(naph)_2-[Al(i-Bu)_3+C_8H_(17)OH]-BF_3·OEt_2[简称Ni-(Al+ROH)-B]体系在不同ROH/Al(mol比)值下催化丁二烯聚合的规律,井应用磁化率法测试了Ni与(Al+ROH)(Al剂)的反应。结果表明,随ROH/Al值的减小,Al剂对Ni的还原能力增大,两者的关系可表示为ROH/Al=0.52-0.67ln(Ni/Al剂);催化活性提高,但聚合物的分子量降低,催化稳定性下降。在最佳ROH/Al值为0.7—0.8时,聚合物的顺式-1,4含量为95.7%—96.3%。
The rules of catalyzed polymerization of butadiene was studied with nickel catalyst system Ni(naph)2-[Al(i-Bu)3+C8H17OH] -BF3 ?OEt2 under different molar ratio of C8HI7OH/ Al(i-Bu)3, and the reactions between Ni(naph)2 and [Al (i-Bu)3+C8H17OH] were measured by using magnetic susceptibility . The results showed that the reducibility of [Al (i-Bu )3+C8H17OH] to Ni(naph)2 and the catalyst activity of this system increased with the decrease of the molar ratio of C8H17OH/Al(i-Bu)3,but the molecular weight of polymer decreased and the catalyst stability lowered . All the Ni (I) and Ni(0) could constitute the active centers .
