摘要
空间调制干涉成象 (傅立叶变换 )光谱仪是一种有重要的研究和应用价值的空间遥感器。本文就在研的三角共路型干涉成象 (傅立叶变换 )光谱仪原理样机的情况进行了介绍 ,并依据应用要求和建立的信噪比方程设计了原理样机的具体参数。该样机的设计性能达到和超过了预先提出的技术指标。用该样机的具体参数进行的信噪比计算及计算机仿真模拟计算也表明 ,本装置及其参数能够在可见和近红外谱段以较高的光谱分辨力满足探测要求。
Spatially Modulation Imaging Fourier Transform Spectrometer(SMIFTS)is a space remote sensor with important research and application value.The prototype of the triangle common-path type Fourier transform spectrometer in developing is presented in the paper.The concrete parameters of the prototype are designed according to the application requirements and the derived signal-to-noise ratio equation.The design performances of the prototype have reached and surpassed the technical specifications proposed beforehand.The SNR calculation carried out by the concrete parameters of the prototype and computer simulation show that the unit can fulfill the detection requirements with a higher spectral resolution in visible and near-IR range.
