This paper introduces a kind of portable monitoring instrument of environmental and physiological factors. Thisinstrument which makes use of the modern sensor technology and computer technology is noted for its function which is monitoring physical (meteorologicalphenomena) and chemic factors in environment and human physiological factors synthetically and its characteristics which are portable, intelligent, synthetical monitoring and evaluation. This instrument is a new generation of portable monitoring product of environmental and physiological factors, and can be used in the fields of preventive medicine, environmental engineering,biomedical engineering and Man-Machine-Environment system engineering.
