节能型溶聚丁苯橡胶的合成——Ⅰ.共聚物组成、序列分布、微观结构及分子量分布 被引量:5

摘要 以抽余油为溶剂、萘锂为引发剂、四氯化锡为偶联剂,并加入极性添加剂四氢呋喃(THF),用凝胶星形聚合法合成出新型的节能型溶聚丁苯橡胶(S-SBR)。用NMR法和GPC法研究表明,调节THF用量。可以控制St在分子链中的分布,共聚物的1,2-结构含量(B_v)可控制在21%~55%;B_v与聚合温度(t)的关系为B_v=50.98-0.503t;结合苯乙烯含量(St)可在10%至25%之间调节,其值基本与单体投料比相当,B_v=33.48-0.298St;所得产品的(?)_w/(?)_n=2.3~6.8,凝胶含量为1.3%。 A new type of save -energy solution polymerized styrene - butadiene rubber (S -SBR)was synthesized by using naphthalene lithium as initiator , SnCl4 as coupling agent and by adopting gel-star polymerization.The composition ,sequence distribution ,microstructure and molecular weight distribution of the copolymer were studied by nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy and gel permeation chromatography . The results showed that the composition and microstructure could be adjusted in a wide range :BV 21% - 55% ,St 10% - 25% .The relationship between Bv and t was BV=50.98-0.503 t ,between Bv and St was Bv=33.48-0.298 St. The coupling reaction could increase the molecular weight , the Mw/Mn of the copolymer obtained was 2.3 - 6.8 , and gel content 1.3 % .
