摘要
本文较为详细地研究了CS6 0 78计算器中所采用的双频振荡器的电路结构 ,并对其不易于起振的原因进行了分析 ,从而提出了采用单频振荡器设计来取代原芯片的双频振荡器设计的实验方案。通过电路模拟、流片实验 ,业已表明采用单频振荡器设计来取代原芯片双频振荡器的设计 ,能有效地解决振荡器不易起振的问题。
The circuit structure of dual-frequency oscillator,which is used in Calculator CS6078,and the analysis for why the oscillator doesn't work are presented in the paper.A new idea to replace the dual-frequency oscillator with single-frequency oscillator is also given.Circuit simulation and mass production show that the problem why the oscillator doesn't work is solved.
