摘要
用反相气相色谱法,色谱柱为φ3mm×1800mm的玻璃柱,非离子型乳化剂样品作为固定液涂到6201担体上(样品:6201担体=10∶100),经100℃×5h老化后。在柱温80±0.1℃、汽化温度110℃和氢气流速50mL/min下,测定乙醇与正己烷的保留时间,并由此计算出样品的亲水亲油平衡(HLB)值。测定结果与文献值的相对标准偏差小于1.0%。该HLB值可为选择非离子型乳化剂提供依据。
An experimental method for determing the hydrophilic - lipophilic balance (HLB) of nonionic emulsifier by inverse gas chromatography was established . The conditions were a φ3 mm × 1800 mm glass column packed with 10 phr sample and 100 phr 6201 supporter , the gas velocity of carrier gas H2 50 mL/min ,column temperature 80 ±0.1°C , injection temperature 110°C, aging 100°C × 5 h . The retention time of ethanol /hexane was determined in the column , then the HLB amount of nonionic emulsifier was calculated .The relative standard deviation of the data obtained was less than 1.0%.
