摘要
对ML为36~55的6种SBR 1500胶样进行了加工性能和物理性能考察。结果表明,ML对胶料的硫化速度影响不大,但对加工工艺有影响:随ML的增高,胶料的压出膨胀率、收缩率和能耗均增大;薄通后均有下降,ML高者更显著。GPC分析表明,高ML是由于微凝胶和高分子量部分含量高所致,塑炼可使高ML SBR 1500中的部分大分子链降解,改善其加工性能而不降低胶料物理性能。
The processing and physical properties of six samples of SBR 1500 in the ML range of 36 - 55 were investigated . The results showed that ML had less effect on vulcanization rate , while had effect on processing . The die swell ratio , shrinkage and energy loss of compounds increased with the increase of Mooney viscosity . The plasticization could degrade part of macromolecular chains with high ML in SBR 1500 without lowering the physical properties of compounds .
