摘要
对动态硫化法制备的丁腈橡胶/尼龙(NBR/PA)热塑性弹性体的相态和结晶行为,以及它们对材料性能的影响作了研究。透射电子显微镜观察表明,在NBR/PA为80/20~20/80(质量比)时,热塑性弹性体的连续相和分散相分别为PA和NBR,未出现相转变。分散相的粒径随NBR用量和交联度的提高而增大,粒径分布则随之变宽。差示扫描量热仪测定表明,动态硫化作用和增大NBR用量,均能降低PA的熔点和结晶度。共混体的结晶结构可以提高材料的弹性模量和拉伸强度。
The phase morphology and crystallization behavior of nitrile rubber /polyamide (NBR/ PA) thermoplastic vulcanizate prepared by dynamic vulcanization method , and their effects on the properties of materials were investigated . TEM observation showed that NBR particles were dispersed in PA matrix over a wide NBR/PA mass ratio (80/20 - 20/80 ), while no phase inversion occured . The size of domain increased and its distribution broadened with increasing both the content and the crosslinking degree of NBR composite in the blend . DSC spectra proved that the melting temperature and crystallinity of PA composite decreased with increasing the content of NBR composite and the effect of dynamic vulcanization . For NBR/PA polymer alloys , the crystallinity was proportional to their mechanical properties .
