摘要
本文研究了奥氏体化温度对Cr17Ni2钢显微组织的影响。试验结果表明,1000℃以下加热,在晶界和相界存在未溶的(Cr、Fe)_(23)C_6型碳化物,1050℃加热淬火,残留的碳化物已全部固溶,得到以板条马氏体为主的组织。用透射电镜观察发现奥氏体化温度对显微组织中孪晶数量和形态有很大影响,结合力学能分析可知,钢中存在的孪晶对韧性有一定影响。
This paper deals with the influence of austenizing temperature on the microstruc-ture of Crl7Ni2 steel. The experimental results show that there are some retained carbide (Cr,Fe)23C6 distributed on the grain and phase boundaries when austenizing temperature is lower than 1000 ℃.Tempering at 1050℃,the carbide has already dissolved in austenite and the structure mainly consisted of martensite eath.It is found that austenizing temperature has a great influence on the density and morphology of twinned martensite by means of TEM. It is known that the twinned martensite in steel has some influence on the toughness to a certain extent by the analysis of mechanical properties.
