Pay More Attention to the Construction of the Laboratory Staffs to Serve for the Universities'Teaching and Research

教学、科研是高等院校发展的两大支柱 ,高等院校的建设、发展离不开实验技术队伍。本文从 5方面阐述加强实验技术队伍建设的措施 :鼓励、引导教师参加实验室工作、加强实验技术队伍的继续教育、树立并宣传实验技术人员的良好形象等 ,努力建设一支高水平、高素质的实验技术队伍 ,为学校教学、科研保驾护航。

Teaching and research is the two major functions of universities. The staffs in laboratory contribute much to the construction and development of universities. This paper dissertated the measures of intensifying the construction of staffs in lab in five aspects in order to build a high level and high quality lab staffs and to serve for teaching and research in the university.
