The importance of universities′ laboratory affairs was illustrated.The inter relationship among laboratory construction,purchasing and supply of technical property and management of assets(equipment or facilities)was analyzed.It pointed out that the construction and management of laboratouy is the key issue in laboratory affairs.Technical property affairs is the fundamental guarantee in laboratory construction.Optimum management of asssets(equipment or facilities)is the important task in the current condition.
