摘要
介绍了华中科技大学 (原华中理工大学 )实验室与设备处的管理职能及发展 ,提出了如何建设好这个部门的工作思路、及开展工作的座右铭和作风 ,分析了这个部门工作的特殊性及进一步需探讨的问题。
The function and development of the lab and equipment department of Huazhong Univ of Science and Tech were introduced. The thought how to build the department and the motto and style of the development were presented. The special circumstances and some problems of the department were analyzed.
