摘要
气垫刚度是气垫带式输送机的重要设计参数之一,其值大小将直接影响到输送机的承载能力。本文采用流体动力学方法建立气垫系统的数学模型,从而导出气垫刚度方程,以便实现气垫刚度的计算机辅助分析,使设计者能够在设计阶段预测系统的最终性能并实现最优化设计。 在本文最后,讨论了影响气垫刚度的参数;并指出提高气垫刚度的努力方向。
The rigidity of the air cushion is one of the important design paramaters of the air cushion band conveyor, And its value will directly affect the loading capacity of the conveyor. In the paper, The mathematical model of the air cushion system has been established by using hydrodynamical method. Thereby the rigidity equation of the air cushion may be deduced. So that the couputer - aided analysis of the air cushion rigidity can be realized. It is possible for designers to estimate the ultimate per--formances of the system in the designing period and achieve the optimal design.In the end of the paper, The author descusses the parameters affecting the rigidity of the air cushion and also points out the direction of improving the rigidity of the air cushion.
