摘要
本文应用一维CCD—计算机系统分析散斑杨氏条纹,在实验中增加了付里叶交换透镜,对传统的散斑图逐点分析光路作了改进,缩短了实验装置长度,使频谱可放大缩小,为测量带来很大方便。本文还对散斑随机噪声的平滑、A/D转换及计算机数据处理作了有益的探索,取得较好效果。
A new method in which a line CCD-Computer system is used to analyse speckle Young's fringes in described in the paper. The traditional set-up for ponit-by-ponit analysis of speckle fringes is improved with an additional Fourier transform lens to shorten its length and adjust the amplification of freguency spectrum so that it is very cenvenient for measurement. Useful explorations are done on smooth of speckle random noise, A/D transformation and computer data processing and satisfactory result is achieved.
