摘要
三峡永久船闸人字门安装具有施工技术难度大、总装精度要求高、安装部件多而杂等特点。安装技术人员结合三峡船闸的结构特殊性 ,经过多种方案比较 ,选取了最优化的控制网形及可靠易行的安装基准点设置方法 ,并从实际出发 ,介绍了安装施工过程中的各种测量具体操作方法。从三峡永久船闸已完成的北线一闸首人字门埋件安装质量情况看 ,此测量控制方案可行性强 。
The installation of the miter gate for Three Gorges Permanent Lock has the characteristics of big construction difficulty, high installation accuracy requirements and many assembly parts. The technicians took the structure particularities of the Lock into account and compared many alternatives. Then they selected optimized control network and a simple and reliable installation datum point setup method. The author also describes various observation methods in the installation and construction. Viewed from the installation quality of the embedding parts of a lock head miter gate in the completed north side of Three Gorges Permanent Lock, such observation control scheme is strong in feasibility and strict in accuracy control.
