黄河干流纳污量现状及其变化分析

Analysis for the Quantity of Pollutants Received in the Main Stream of the Yellow River and Its Change

对照 1998年与 1993年黄河干流纳污量调查结果 ,对黄河干流的纳污状况和纳污量变化趋势进行了分析 ,指出造成纳污量增大的原因是 :社会经济发展 ,执法不严 ,国家政策贯彻不力 ,污染治理缓慢 ,排污口、支流口数量增多等 ,并提出了对策建议。

The present situation of the pollutants received by the main stream of the Yellow River and the change of the quantity are analyzed by comparison of the investigation result for 1998 with that for 1993.It is pointed out that the increase of the quantity is caused by socioeconomic development,non effective execution of laws and national policies,slow progress in pollution control,increase of pollution discharge orifices and so on.Finally,some suggestions are proposed.
