摘要
结合陕西省杨凌水上运动中心航道工程的施工监理，浅析测量监理的重要性及特殊性，明确了测量监理的任务、职责，提出了测量监理工程师如何搞好本职荼、确保工程质量的方法措施，供同行们参考。
Combined with construction supervision for the navigation project of the water sports center in Yangling of Shaanxi province, essentiality and speciality of survey supervision is analysed, task and duty for survey supervision is specified, and method and measures is advanced for survey supervision engineer to well do his own work and ensure project quality.
