Difficult Position of Huihe Irrigation District and Its Development Countermeasures

浍河灌区现状工程老化损坏 ,灌溉效益下降 ,水源日趋紧张 ,供需矛盾加剧。应加大工程投入 ,落实成本水价 ,发展节水灌溉。

The predicament which lies ahead of Huihe irrigation district at present is illustrated, it includes: aging and damage of works, low water price, difficulty of sustainable development, more and more shortage of water resources and increasingly sharpening contradiction between supply and demand of water resources. In the light of the existing problems at present, the writer gives the countermeasures of water resources development.
