当前货币政策传导机制研究——兼评反通货紧缩货币政策效果

近年来 ,在反通货紧缩中货币政策实施效果不够理想 ,主要原因在于货币政策传导机制存在问题。在研究货币政策传导机制基本理论的基础上 ,本文重点分析了中央银行和各经济主体在货币政策传导机制中的作用以及金融市场和相关政策因素对货币政策传导的影响 ,从而对目前我国货币政策传导机制中存在的问题进行剖析 ,提出完善我国货币政策传导机制的对策和建议。

In recent years,anti-deflation has not reached the effect as we had expected in the application of monetary policy,the main reason being that there are some defects in the transmission system of monetary policy.On the basis of transmission system of monetary policy,the paper lays stress on the role of central banks and various economic bodies in the transmission system and on the impacts of financial markets and relevant policy factors,thus interprets the present problems existed in the monetary system and expounds the proposals and suggestions on perfecting China's transmission system of monetary policy.
