摘要
利用正交法设计实验 ,研究超细滑石粉 (SFT)代替PAM作助凝剂对再生纸造纸废水进行混凝处理 .研究结果表明 ,SFT可以替代PAM ,且PAC +SFT方案的最佳组合方式为 :pH 6 .5 ,PAC 30 0mg/L ,SFT3mg/L .此时 ,浊度去除率为 98.8% ,色度去除率为 92 .3 % ,沉降速度提高 2 3% ,废水处理药品成本降低0 .10 46 $ /m3.
Designed by means of orthogonal experiment method, experiments were carried out to study the possibility of SFT as a substitute for PAM to treat wastewater from reproduced papermaking. The results show that SFT can replace PAM.The optimum combination of PAC, SFT and pH value is 300 mg/l, 3 mg/l and 6.5. Thus the rate of turbidity removal is up to 98.8%, that of color removal being 92.3%, setting rate improving 23%, coagulant cost deducting 0.1046$/m\+3.
