馆员再教育内容应以更新补缺、拓展扩大为主；教育形式要体现多形式、多层次、短周期；作为馆员再教育基地的高校图书馆应建立合理的人才管理机制及现代教育管理模式。

The contents of librarians reeduca－ tion should be mainly replacement and replenish.The reeducational forms should embody variety,more layers and short cycles.As the base of librarrians reeducation,the academic library should construct rational qualified personnel managing system and a modern educational managing model to encourage libraian for reeducation.
