光功率稳定LD驱动力敏传感器的研究

摘要 在论述了光驱动力敏传感器工作原理的基础上.提出了实用化的闭环振荡式的压电晶体测为光驱动方案.采用光反馈稳定的3mWLD做光源.光驱动距离这500m.微功耗为敏传感探头总功耗仅为0.275mW.文中介绍了这种新型传感器的设计思想和实现光驱动的几个关键技术问题.给出了测量力参数的实验曲线. t is main technology to realize the optically-powered sensor by using a multiple mode optical fiber link. Based on the idea above. its system design is presented in this paper.The light feedback carries out the LD light source stability. The measuring meter consists of optical fiber and piezoelectric crystal in a condition of cloded loop oscillator. The force meter can transmit measurand without distortion. The optically-powered distance is more than 500m under condition of 3mW LD light power-output which provided the measuring probe operation. The micro-powered probe disperses only less than 0. 3mW. This paper not only introduces sensor's design but also gives the experimental results of measuring force properties.
