摘要 本文提出了用铣削法加工锥形槽筒变螺距,变深度螺旋槽的工艺;确定了用普通车床改装成铣削变螺距、变深度螺旋槽数控铣床的方案;设计了该机床数控系统的硬件和软件;分析了成形铣刀加工变螺距螺旋槽的误差;提出了成形铣刀的设计方法。 Metal removeal of bobbin winder’s fluted roller is a weak point in our country.The Process of a fluted roller of gaining twist and variablehelical angle and variabledeepnessis presented in the paper. The scheme is determin-ed that a engine lathe is revamped into nu-merically controlled milling machine that mills the helical flute of fluted roller. The NC-milling machine’s numerically controlled system with softwares and hardwares is designed..The error of processing gaining twist with profile milling cutter is analyed. The profilemilling cutter’s design methed is put forward in the paper.
