摘要
本文将散料运输机所输送的物料视为均匀料流。采用流体力学中关于固定体的两个基本方程推导出了典型散料运输机加料处,物料由加料料斗流入运动的承载体这一时刻,由于速度的变化而使牵引件产生附加张力的计算公式,即加速阻力算式得出了加料处,影响加速阻力大小的两个主要几何设计参数β和θ。
Bulk solids which are transported by the conveyors were assumed as fluid flow inthis pcqper.The author used two basic equations which were derived by the conservation ofMass and Moment of Momentun and derived a general equation of the risistance force due to‘accelaration when bulk solids full from hopper to the convegors:and therefore obtained twogeometry factors that influence the risistance force due to accelaration.
