摘要
本文论述了液滴全息图像处理系统结构的基本思想以及硬件系统的设计,对有关抑制噪声、提高处理精度、加快处理速度也进行了讨论。 通过行程编码器和步进电机三维驱动器的研制以及光、电、机结合的系统调试,验证了总体方案和系统结构的设计思想。本系统具有功能齐全、方案合理、性能可靠等优点。
t This paper gives a basic structural thought for image processing system of droplet laser hologram.Emphasis is laid on the discussion of hardware system design. Noise restraining, precision improvement and processing speeding up are also introduced.
Through the development of a run-length encoder and a 3-dimensional controller for step motors, and system debugging of laser, computer and machine combination design, concepts of the system plan and system structure are tested and verified. Its main features are integral function, rational plan and reliable performance.
