摘要
对用半固态搅熔复合铸造法制备的SiC_p/LC4复合材料的三种状态和三种试验温度的拉伸性能以及线膨胀系数进行了测定和研究,对其微观组织和拉伸断口也进行了观察和分析。结果表明:该法能够获得颗粒均匀分布的复合材料,其性能也得到了改善和提高,SiC_p/LC4界面结合较好。
The coefficlent of thermal expansion and tensile bebavior of three kinds of states and test temperature of SiC_p/LC4 composites fabricated by the compocasting method have been measured and researched Its structure and fractograph have been observed and analysed. It is found that SiC_p/LC 4 composites with oven particulates distribution can be made by the compo-casting method.Its properties are improved and increased.The situation of SiC_p/LC4 interfaces is good.
