对一类多品种小批量的产品加工完成期中突发事件的研究

Research on Contingent Events Risen in the Producting of Multi-breed and Small-batch Products

本文通过分析一类多品种小批量的产品加工完成期中可能出现的突发事件的种类以及对加工计划造成的影响，根据车间实际情况，提出了一种行之有效的基于知识的突发事件处理支持系统，研究了系统的知识表达、组成与功能。该系统能方便地处理加工过程中各种突发事件情况下计划变动问题。在本文最后，作者提出了今后需要进一步研究的方向。

By analysing the kind of the contingent events risen in the producting of multi-breed and small - batch products, and its effect on the processing plan, this article proposed an effective knowledge based on support system to solve contingent events, and it aso studied the knowledge express, organization and function of this system accoroding to the actual situation of the job- shop. This system can conveniently solve the problems of plan alternations existing in producting. At the end of this article, the allthor puts a direction for futhur research.
