摘要
本文介绍了家用电器用的小型异步电机批量成品检验流水线计算机检测系统的硬件组成及软件结构,给出了主要硬件模块的设计分析。为了解决工业现场的干扰问题及消除模拟信号处理电路的零点漂移,采取了对采样信号进行 V/F、V/I双变换方式进行远程信息传输。同时软件上进一步采用了数字滤波技术,从而保证了系统的测试精度。该检测系统在流水线上相当于每15秒完成一台电机的参数测试,对异步电机性能参数的测试达到准确而快速,实现了产品检测工序的自动化。
This paper presents the architecture of computer testing system of asynchronous electric mo- tors for household-applicance. Designs of main in hardware parts are given. To eliminate electric- magnetic interference in industry environment and zero - voltage shifting in analog circuits, the techniques of voltage - frequency and voltage -current conversion are applied in remote sensing signal transmission. Digital filters are utilized for improving measuring. accuracy. Detection of pa- rameters of one electric motor are performed correctly in 15 seconds, production automation of electric motors is realized.
