摘要
WTO是迄今为止最为庞杂的综合性国际经济组织。它所确立的国际贸易自由化的制度 ,对推动国际经济的一体化具有巨大的作用。同时 ,它也为我国的经济法提供了一个基本框架 ,我们应当尽快适应这种法律环境 。
WTO is the most comprehensive international organization of economy so far. Its regulations of free international trade are of great significance to the promotion of world economy integration. Meanwhile, it also provides a basic framework for China’s economic law. Therefore, China should manage to adjust itself to such legal environment so as to improve its competition in the world market.
